Entretien
Cleared the first two rounds which were with STG labs. Ghosted after the third round which was with the portfolio company.
First two rounds were technical and the third round was a general discussion with the hiring manager of the portfolio company.
Had cleared 2 rounds of interview. Got rejected in 3rd round F2F with CTO & CEO. Somewhere they could have given hint on what we can expect in 3rd round and could have judged in initial 2 rounds which was taken virtually. It was just a waste of time and energy for both the parties!
It’s a negative experience for me and spoiled the mood for that day since I had already completed 2 rounds of technical interview and expected an offer after talking with Ceo but turned out to be 3rd technical filtering discussion!
