I heard this through a family friend. Had an initial phone call and then I was asked to come in for an in-person interview. It was very relaxed and they were looking for an outgoing, ambitious person who is striving to make a career for themselves.

Very long strenuous process that took too long. Not an enjoyable experience. I was not able to have a conversation with the interviewers. But overall the process should have been more interactive.
