I had a great experience interviewing at SAPI. The process was smooth, short and well-organised. The initial screening interview was informative, and the follow-up interviews were engaging and straightforward. There were 4 interviews in total, and the entire process from start to finish took less than 2 weeks. Among the interviewers, I met with both cofounders of the business (Alexis and Mai) who shared with me their stories and answer my questions about the role and the company's culture. Everyone was genuinely interested in my background, they asked questions tailored to me and what I’ve done. Overall, it was positive and enjoyable.
