I was contacted roughly 10 days after applying online by an HR recruiter. I think I applied on LinkedIn although it probably doesn't mater. I know someone at Concur looked at my LinkedIn profile prior to contacting me though. We set up an initial screening by phone. He was very flexible with my schedule. I had to take the phone call during my lunch break out in a parking lot because I can't get service inside my work building. He was understanding of background noise like birds and planes. Details about the job like pay, location, desired skills were discussed. The phone call was prompt and lasted about 30 minutes. My recruiter was very pleasant to work with. He kept me informed during the entire process. I was scheduled for follow up 30 minute phone interview with a hiring manager (soon to be boss). I was sent an e-mail with behavioral questions and interview tips to digest. Use the STAR method if you don't know it yet. Again, I had this interview during my lunch break but this time in my car. I felt really out of place and a bit nervous given my situation. The first thing the hiring manager asked me about was my middle name which was a great ice breaker. I immediately felt more comfortable and the interview felt more like a conversation than an formatted interview. He really wanted me to understand what the job role was about. The final phase was a face to face interview at HQ (Bellevue). Personally I much rather have an in-person interview than over the phone or video. Everyone I met was very courteous and friendly. The receptionist checked me in and offered me water which I was very thankful for. I sat down with just the hiring manager and we went over a few details on my resume. He said he wanted to hire me and asked me what would it take for me to join the team. This caught me a bit off guard as I was expecting the opposite. I wish he asked me technical questions so that I could have better assessed what is expected of me (at what level). I essentially accept the job at that interview and the rest was paper work over the following week.

A lengthly application with a fair amount of questions was the first step in the interview process, once that application was processed, a phone interview was conducted by the manager, and then the offer call from a company recruiter was made detailing the internship, compensation, and other things.

I applied online for an internship position with human resources and then met a few University recruiters at on campus events (where I gave them my resume and sent follow-up emails afterwards). I was then asked for a preliminary phone call with the University Recruiter. After this initial screening, I interviewed with a couple different managers over the phone before receiving an offer for a summer internship!
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
I was majorly asked questions regarding my past experiences listed on my resume as well as behavioral questions (i.e. tell me about a time when you...) as the positions I interviewed for were non-technical.

Multiple phone interviews with different HR people and then two final calls with employees I would work with. Lots of behavioral questions and walking through past experiences. Also, tested my skills and how I could apply my skills to real world examples.
