I applied through my college's online application system. The interview was conducted by an alumni so it wasn't too intimidating. I thought the interview went decent and I ended up getting an offer. Questions are pretty straight forward and related to work ethic, skills, interests, experience, etc....no brainteasers. Working there now the people are great and the work culture is awesome. The interviewer reflected well the environment of the company.

HR department reached out to set up a 1-1 Webex interview. Interview was with a senior manager in the department I am working for. Got the call within one business day that I was offered a role.
