The whole process had 3 steps: - General knowledge test (online) - Meeting online - Meeting in person I had 1.5 h time to do the test, however there was only 12 questions (multiple choice answers) and could be easly done within 30 minutes - they would circulate around IT problem solving processes. Next step was online meeting with team leaders about the company and tasks for this role and I would like to appreciate the transparency of the interviewers - they decribed the role as it is without glossing over. They asked technical questions, what is my experience and in general about me. Third step was the meeting with the rest of team members to see if we make a good match, really nice, honest, straightforward people.
