Entretien
I was called in for a personal interview. I talked with the team leader and the head manager for the division. I was later called by a regional manager and did a phone interview. Very forward thinking and fast paced company. They like to hire young people out of college. You come in and work on your own hours and can even do your work at home if you choose. There is a little bit of traveling involved (probably one trip a month or so).

First with HR on a phone interview, then a Zoom meeting interview. Some managers are not on camera. Usually, 2 rounds will be sufficient. Then they will send you the offer, ask them for more.

It was simple and thorough. The interviewers were knowledgeable in the field of tax and offered important information about the role. I was able to complete 3 sets of interviews within a couple of months.
