I first met with the company at my college career fair. After two weeks, I was contacted by HR department in Dallas. I had a brief - 30 minute phone interview. Standard questions. I was then brought into the local office a few weeks later and had to interview with 3 different people. Each interview was about 30 minutes long. The interviews were with a Senior Consultant, Manager and the Principal.

Phone Screen was supposed to be followed by an interview, however, after repeated follow ups, I didn't hear back with the recruiter promising updates. Overall, a negative experience in this process, despite having connections.

Entretien
The first interview provides good insight into the company, role, and serves as an introductory interview to prove that you can at least hold a conversation well. I would recommend doing your due diligence on the company and position, have some questions lined up for when the time is right.

What are some of the technologies/languages that you are familiar with
Very smooth. It was two phone calls over two months. My only complaint was that there was an extended waiting period between calls. Other than that, it was a straightforward process!
