Phone screen, in-person interview for a group, final interview with two Supervisors. It was fine until after the last interview when I was sent extremely mixed messages by hiring manager who at first wanted to meet again but then after not responding to my email decided to finally reply back and say they had moved on. Very unprofessional.

How would you handle an under performing employee?
Several rounds of interviews, very slow, inefficient. Had to wait for months to hear again. The whole interview process took over 6 months. Do not waste time for this employer.
