Asked basic questions regarding experience.
They will claim they will let you know if you moved on to the next step but just end up just ghosting instead.
Archaic technologies are used. They did not seem open to using anything new and stuck with what they know. Not good for growth.

Applied online, explained why I wanted to work there, interview with the team leader, received an offer a week later. It was pretty straight forward, went over some projects and some coding problems.
