There was not much of a process. They just take you into the back room and ask very broad questions. I would have preferred something more intriguing or at least anything relating to the actual job and tasks that will be expected of you.

Thorough and very detailed. It's a particular answer they are looking for. And you will know through the interview if you are doing well. And there are quite a few questions.
