firstly there was a pre placement talk, then group discussion round where in different groups were made , 2 rounds of interview (1- technical interview, 2- HR interview) - about 30 min average interview rounds

It was a long day, full of interviews and rounds, extempore, case study and presentation, followed by 2 rounds of interview. This covered everything, with my knowledge of Talent management as a whole. from L&D to PMS to hiring, every knowledge space was asked which in turn I would say was a grilling but satisfactory experience

It was very smooth and got a lot to learn
From the HR division they mostly asked about why i am choosing this particular area my interests and various other questions about tendering bidding etc they asked for precise answers
