Face to face, took about an hour. Met with two people and was given a tour of the office. Called me in and set up a time to discuss what their company did and what my position would be. Went over resume almost line for line elaborating about the topics that would be beneficial to the position.
I had quite a few shorter conversations where I got to learn about different teams and practice groups. There was a ton of transparency in the process and I felt like I really got to know the company.

Entretien
Had an initial call with a recruiter, she seemed brand new. Had another call with a Account Manager. Have followed up for the past 2 weeks with ZERO response. I would expect something, it doesn't matter if you're not moving forward not responding at all is unprofessional. I don't know if this is how they deal with clients but very unprofessional. Don't waste your time.

Wonderful experience, great front desk experience and kind knowledgeable manager did the interview. Great place to work! Friendly people in the Finance/Accounting Recruiting space. Interview was straight forward and positive experience.
