One of the worst company and worst interview process i have never seen. One fine day i got a call from the Bosch HR and saying that can you come down to office tomorrow for interview. I was most happiest person and i said okay. He dropped me a mail with the call letter. There was no JD also. He said that only 2 rounds will be there one technical and one managerial. Next day morning i went to Electronic City Bosch office and went to reception. HR didn't have courtesy to come out and talk also. With the security person only he was asking me to go there and here. Technical interview was much easy and it was for name sake. They made me to wait in reception from morning to evening. They dont have any proper selection process also. After the technical interview, 3 manager rounds were there.. !! All were coming and that time they are trying to convenience me by saying we dont have any requirement in Bosch, we are doing outsourcing also. Can you please go and attend our client Sony. I said okay am ready to go. First release the offer letter and onboard me in the Bosch. Then am ready to go anywhere to work from Bosch. They said, no based on the Sony's interview performance we will release the offer letter. And you will be working as contractor there and permanent for Bosch. My first question is why these worst people didnt say all these things before calling me to interview? After going there, they made me to wait for so long in reception and finally they are telling this. I agreed that also. Then the person said that one more GRM round is there he is not feeling well. We will call you in some other day. But GRM was well only and he was working properly i have seen. Simply they have cheated me completely They called for name sake they took interview and they sent me back. I sent 3 times mails, asking that what is the status, at least please inform me if i have not selected also, i would like to know the status. They don't have simple courtesy to reply for the mail also. I never expected these worst things from a so called brand name Bosch Company. So people am requesting you all, be aware before attending the interview process in Robert Bosch.
