After submitting the regular application. About a week later I was asked for a telephone interview. Then I was invited to a personal interview at the office in Frankfurt. There was panel with extensive situational and experience questions
3 rounds of interview. Interview with the Team leader, interview with the HR and an interview with the department leader. It all went very well as I was just being myself and being aware of strengths and weaknesses
