You must first go through a telephone screening process before you can be asked in for an interview. If you pass through the screening process then the next step is to come in for a one on one interview. The interview went very well and they asked the basic interview questions such as how well do you work with others, etc. as well as why you think you should be hired for the job.

Very easy like talking to a friend. Manager was funny and interview lasted about 15 mins, during interview employment was offered and after I accepted I had to choose a date for a drug screen, and signing authorization for background check.
