Walked in and gave the store manager my CV. The district manager called me to set up an interview. I met with the district manager for the interview and was hired after a background check/drug screening which Rite Aid paid for.

There were no unexpected questions. Just the typical why do you want to work here? How do you see yourself contributing to the operations? etc.
I initially met with my pharmacy manager. I needed her recommendation before moving on to the next interview with the district manager. I got the offer very shortly after my interview with the district manager.

Interviewed by Pharmacy Manager. He was very friendly and approachable. Asked basic interview questions about pharmacy and past work experience. Provided a brief description about intern work at Rite Aid and how this would help my clinical learning.

It was pretty simple, The manager only asked a few questions. He introduced me to every one in the store and pharmacy. He looked at my resume and called me again for the drug test and background check.
