The first round is a technical interview during which you only get asked technical questions to test your academic knowledge. The second round is a case study which also tests your capabilities and is followed up by a feedback session. The process is very academic focused and it doesn't feel personal at all. All CA students are supposed to have a good understanding about the academic technicalities and therefore, personality and work ethic should have been a bigger focus of the interviews in my opinion.
