The initial HR interview was great - personable, concise, knowledgeable, and great follow-up. Unfortunately, the second interview with one of the longest tenured employees was not. He was late, wore a hat on a zoom call inside, proceeded to google information as I was talking, and didn’t even know where to start with the interview. It was an off-putting conversation and wasn’t respectful. I am glad I didn’t move forward, as that’s not a culture fit for me.
