The recruiter put me in touch with an analyst in the analytics department, who then screened me on Skype. 1 hour interview with three data-based case questions over Skype. Another 1 hour interview with behavioral questions.

Pretty standard with the first interview being a phone call with the director of the department that seemed to focus on personality and how well you would fit with the Riot culture and department team. Second interview was more of a deep dive into the game and scenario based questions. I was impressed that all questions revolved around Riot and it seems they are trying to cultivate a culture of gamers.
