Board room setting, very professional atmosphere. The questions are very pointed, directly related to ability to perform the required duties. There are questions about personal character as well as questions about experience with the systems you'll be working with. It was still friendly feeling in spite of all that and it didn't feel like you were looking down a cannon waiting to miss a trick question. Staff was very helpful and polite the entire time. Very accommodating.
