A straightforward interview process. Began with a zoom call with HM to learn about experience, then a meeting with an EM to discuss culture, and finally a technical call with HM and Sr Engineer. Technical call focused on technology relevant to the job and I was given a heads up of the tech being asked about ahead of time.

The company reached out to me on the Hired platform. I found the company mission and vision to be very aligned with my own. Interview process took about a month in total but only because I had multiple interviews and offers and asked for time extensions. Interview consisted of Hiring phone screen Initial tech screen: light coding challenge with behavioral and situational questions 2 video interviews: one 60 minute Technical Assessment meeting with team members and one 45 minute meeting with external team member for cross collaboration insight Followup phone calls to recap each interview One of the founders also wrote a personalized email and addressed some of my concerns. I was very impressed with the amount of communication throughout the process and everyone I spoke with really exuded the culture of Ribbon!
