J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Reynolds and Reynolds (Houston, TX) en juin 2015
Entretien
This is not an interview. They email you showing interest and state that you must take about three different assessments which make no sense on why you must take them. Personality assessment, ethics assessment, and a logic and reasoning aptitude test. None which relate to software development. There is about 20 people in and out taking the same test. You finish and then they tell you that they will contact you. There is no actual contact with anyone besides the receptionist. Not a place I would recommend to apply to since you are not actually meeting anyone and getting to know you.

Reached out by a recruiter to complete an online personality assessment. The assessment took about 30 minutes to complete and it consists of basic math and reasoning questions and personality questions.

Heard from a recruitment member via email upon applying. Following a response confirming I wanted to continue with the application, I was given an "IQ" assessment to finish. Upon scoring well and within the time frame we were asked to complete a skills assessment to match us to our supposed "dream placement". After completing all of these assessments, the company did not reach out for more than a week after which they finally sent a short rejection email with no feedback or information. Reviews on other platforms support this type of response, seemingly typical behavior.
