I was contacted by HR for a short phone interview. An interview was scheduled with the head of HR. After that interview was completed I met with the Supervisor or Support Services and the Director of the Department. I then went to the house and met with the residents I'd be supporting. After that I was offered the position. Though there were more steps in the process than for other positions it went rather quickly and I was hired within 2 weeks of applying for the position.

The interview process is mostly easy and the interviewers and other staff members are pretty friendly. They mow likely care about your personality and approach to others as the position requires.
