This was the strangest interview I've ever had; there were several different departments hiring, and so it was sort of a round robin. Sitting in an office with a variety of different people coming in to ask some incredibly random questions.
I wasn't really asked about my skill set or background so much as personality "why do you want to work here" stuff.

Entretien
Two interview process. First interview was with immediate supervisor. Second interview was with District Manager and Human resource manager. Each interview lasted approximately 30 minutes. Question were routine question asked in a interview.

There was a phone interview, and 1 in person interview. Hiring process took a week. Had to take a drug test, and submitted my old W-2s and check stubs to move the verification process along. Wasn't a big deal to me, it helped me start sooner.

Entretien
Applied online received phone screen then set up a face to face. Was advised by both HR and hiring managers I would receive word either way with in a week. Never heard back. Disappointing in a company who holds themselves to the 5 R's.
