Republic Airways provided me with flight ticket to Indianapolis, and shuttle took me from airport to hotel, where we had a personal interview. Stayed overnight in a Brickyard hotel, which is built for students. Had a complimentary breakfast (delicious). I can say that hotel is amazing, clean, neat and cozy. Staff was soooo kind and welcoming that I did not want to leave it. Presentation started at 8am and we were able to ask Republic Pilots about all kind of questions. That was helpful. Interview started at 9am and it took around 20-25 minutes. Kimberly Barras (from Talent Acquisition team) asked couple of HR questions. It happened in fun and relaxing environment. She will make sure that you are not stressing. One of the senior FOs (Michael Olson) asked technical questions (mainly ifr regulations and chart symbology), he was super chill guy! Overall it was amazing experience! Cannot wait to get hired and work in this kind of fun and exciting environment!
