30-45 minute online interview. HR questions and Technical Questions. Very straightforward if prepared! Be professional, and answer to the best of your ability. Research Republic Airways and see if their values are something that you agree with.

30 min HR and 30 min Instrument questions. Major focus on decision making and communication skills. The technical section focused on jet operations and IFR operations. Polish up on your approach breifings, especially for Jep plates.

It was a two part interview with the first part being an HR interview and the second a technical interview. Ending with a chance to ask both HR interview and a current captain questions about the job and company.
