On site for two interviews. First was fairly quick with hiring manager and HR. Second required a day off from current job as it was several hours long. I met one on one with 4 people. Nothing tough. Some went off the scripted HR questions, some didn’t. After hour two, things got a little uncomfortable as I was never asked if I needed anything to drink or use the bathroom. The interview started mid morning and ran through the lunch hour. From past interviewing experience over the lunch hour, I assumed lunch would have been provided as I get to meet the team. After the interview, it was said I should hear back within a couple of weeks. I never heard back. Not even a thank you for your interest, we are no longer considering you for the position letter. With the amount of time invested in the process, it’s rude . It makes me wonder how they value employees once hired, if they don’t express curtesy to candidates?
