Very poor interview process. First off, when you apply you don't get any auto-email confirming your application was received which I found odd. When Remote reached out to me for a first interview, they gave 0 context on whether it would be a phone call or a video call. After that round, there is a video submission that they request you to submit within 3 business days. When I submitted it, it was radio silence so I emailed my contact twice about it and got 0 responses. I found this to be extremely unprofessional given they require it to be completed within 3 business days. A few weeks later, that contact emailed me to schedule a call for the next round. I booked a time on the calendar link, and again, gave me 0 context on what to expect out of the interview. Every other company I am interviewing has reached out to me to prep for each step and make sure I know what to expect to come best prepared. I emailed this contact twice asking if there was anything I should know or what the interview would be about to come best prepared. Again, radio silence so I went into the interview with 0 clue on what it would be about. I only heard from the contact again when I received the email that I didn't make it past that round. Pretty unprofessional experience compared to what I've seen at other companies and makes no sense to me why Remote would ignore my emails when I'm in an active interview process with them...

Clear proces and nice conversation with the recruiter. Found a good time to have the interview even though living on different continente. Shows the benefits of remote work and why it is here to stay.
