I was contacted by the wonderful recruiting staff, Denice. I had a brief phone screen and was scheduled an interview with the hiring manager. The interview with the manager was very fluid and conversational. I learned much about the company, culture, and the customer needs. We discussed my qualifications and background. It was a very pleasant experience. After the interview, there was a lot of communication with the recruiter, and an offer was given and accepted.
