Good and fair interview process, with a 30-min initial screening chat with the hiring manager, a 60-min technical interview with her and the Product Lead, and a final 2-part interview (a presentation to the CMO and the Product Director and a value interview with members of the wider Marketing team). Redgate clearly has (rightfully) high standards when it comes to hiring - the task is far from a walk in the park, especially given how technical their products are, so it'll likely take quite a bit longer than the 2 hours projected in the brief. While I didn't get an offer, my experience has been very positive: there was good communication throughout the process, every person I spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable, and the internal recruiter (shoutout to Bronwyn) was a pleasure to work with, and went out of her way to accommodate my last-minute schedule changes. I would definitely consider applying again in the future.
