Insgesamt ein unangenehmer Prozess und Zeitverschwendung.
3 Bewerbungsgespräche über das Telefon, Lebenslauf und Hintegrundsbewertung + Fragen über die Motivation.
Zweimal dorthin eingeladen worden, und nue 48 Stunden vorher nach einer Fachstudie gefragt worden, die sehr spezielle Fragen betraf. Einstündiges Meeting mit Managern und Personalbeauftragtem in Salzburg.
Bekam am Telefon von der Personalabteilung versichert, dass alles bereit wäre für ein formelles Angebot, das vom CEO unterschrieben werden muss, und dann gar nichts mehr.

I had a great experience interviewing with Red Bull Media House. The entire process was clear and well-structured from start to finish. I appreciated how transparent the team was about each step and what they were looking for. The interviewers were not only professional but also genuinely friendly and easy to talk to, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I just have one, online interview and it took around 40 minutes. It was okay, the HR woman was calm and friendly. She did not ask difficult or extraordinary questions.
