J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 6 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Red Bull (Santa Monica, CA) en mars 2016

Application turned in February 6. Three days later (Feb 9) I found out I got the video interview. Completed this on February 11 (You are allotted 5 days to complete). It wasn't until March 4 that I found out I would go to HQ for the final round which was held on March 28-29 in Santa Monica. I really thought I wouldn't make it that far after waiting over 3 weeks to hear that I got that far. They put you up in a sweet hotel near Venice Beach (it's literally right behind the hotel). Night 1, you have a kick off dinner. Night 2 you present a business case - the template for which you get 4 days earlier. Got rejected via phone several weeks later.

Great experience - nice office. The people I met were great . I had to do a video interview first - which I didn’t enjoy - but was glad to meet the people in real life. A shame not to get the role but I wish them well
online interview with 2 representatives from the recruitment team, lasting 1/2 hour and consisting of about 12-15 questions in total, mainly why your are interested in the role, what do you know, specific skills experience etc
Really long assessments are compulsory but there is a great work culture. Prepare well, be confident and tie answers back to the role and company - show that you resonate with their values.
