I applied online, then was advanced to video interview stage. It is a passive interview with nobody on the other end, but instead questions are given to you with limited preparation time before your camera starts recording.
I was advanced to the final stage which included Red Bull flying me out to LA for a business case presentation & a reception dinner. The entire two day trip was an evaluation period, with all of the conversation contributing to the hiring managers analysis of you.
We were told that 2500 applications were submitted to the internship program. 35 applicants were flown to CA for final round competing for 7-8 positions. This is a VERY competitive position.

Great experience - nice office. The people I met were great . I had to do a video interview first - which I didn’t enjoy - but was glad to meet the people in real life. A shame not to get the role but I wish them well
online interview with 2 representatives from the recruitment team, lasting 1/2 hour and consisting of about 12-15 questions in total, mainly why your are interested in the role, what do you know, specific skills experience etc
Really long assessments are compulsory but there is a great work culture. Prepare well, be confident and tie answers back to the role and company - show that you resonate with their values.
