Conducted via HireVue over video - 5 questions long. Included the question describe what “gives you wings” means to you. Also asked about my biggest career achievement. I was given 30 seconds to prep each question and about 1-2 minutes to respond to each.

Smooth, friendly, upbeat and I could say it felt more like a casual conversation rather than an interview. Standardised questions form the HR person, nothing surprising, the flow was easy to follow, and the interviewer made was really welcoming.
