The interview took about 45 minutes. The hiring manager introduced himself and introduced the company as well. He asked if I was familiar with the role I was being interviewed for and provided more information about the role. His interview approach was comfortable and we have a relaxed two way conversation.
The first stage was a recruiter screen. After the call, the team has come back a week later to let me know that they have decided to move forward with an internal candidate.

I submitted my resume to a position and a Recruiter reached out to me asking for my availability. I replied quickly and never heard back. Called and left a message and nothing. Sent a follow up email and still heard nothing. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me with this organization.
