I applied online and was asked to come over to chat with the CTO. First of all, the CTO was running around not spending enough time. He barely spent 20 minutes with me trying to understand my background. He decided on me based on my 3 seconds feedback on a specific question. They really need to work around their scheduling. I am surprised they wanted to talk only 20 minutes to a potential employer for a director role and made a decision based on a 3 second response to a question

It started with a screening interview with the Recruiter, and then a series of interviews with team and Hiring Manager (7 interviews in total). Total time from resume submission to offer - 8 weeks.

Detailed interview with questions on all aspects of business. Looking for close fit and exact requirements. HR called and discusses pay parameters and then 2 rounds with the business, and one with the analyst and one with the skip report
