Applied in August. 2 weeks later got an email asked me to fill an online questionnaire and take a programming test on Codility. Completed both on the same day. Another 2 weeks later, got another email saying I'm rejected. Have no idea what happened. The programming test has only one question, and it's not hard. I'm pretty sure my solution runs well (They don't show you the result though). The only thing I can think of is that in the questionnaire it asks if I had read the 2 books their CEO wrote, and I chose "No" (it will be a joke if this is true).

Disorganized, no HR reached out to discuss about the administrative details and salary and benefits, the hiring manager reached out directly, scheduled a meeting and asked about HR questions(visa, RTO etc.)
The hiring manager was late for over 5 mins minutes, no apologies, no greetings. Negative experience
The interview covered Python libraries, networking, and my software engineering experience. While questions were basic, they can be tricky for seniors. Review your definitions alongside your past projects to succeed.
