Initial conversation with the internal recruitment team, then after establishing salary expectations & notice period an interview with the hiring manager. Following a successful interview with the hiring manager its the final stage where you are given a presentation brief to discuss a project you have delivered in the last 18 months. This presentation was given to the hiring manager and 2 seniors at Rackspace. Following the final stage interview I had to chase and finally got a reply almost 4 weeks later to say that I had been unsuccessful. Suspect salary expectations were too high which is slightly annoying as that was established in the initial session with the internal recruitment team. Communication following the final stage interview was poor and almost felt I was being ghosted by Rackspace. I would have rejected the offer as I felt the ghosting was unwarranted and gave me an insight as to how they operate internally.
