I received an email from a recruiter asking me if I wanted to talk about a position at Rackspace and decided to see what it was all about. The process for me was about 6 parts. 2 hands on technical, a culture fit interview, a verbal technical, and a couple HR/screening interviews. The process overall took about weeks and it was a bit stressful at times.

4 Rounds of interviews, Which include online exams and virtual interviews. 1. online English grammar test- laptop camera should be on and you can not leave once you start. 2. Technical interview. It was a panel of 2 persons which test your techical skill for the role you applied {for me it was Linux} 3. Managerial round- this is a little difficult as they check your stability and long-term association with the organization. 4. HR round- It was fun as after clearing all the above interviews it was time for salary negotiation :).
