Lengthy, friendly, competitive and personalized. Ranged from group discussion, to presentation, written tests, and personal interview. It was a full day activity from 9 am to 5 pm. Very interactive and informative.

Online assessments, then videos and an assessment day which was in person and included many activities including team games as well as cash flows exam and interview, was a good experience
