There was a 5 stage process: initial application form, online test (numerical and SJT), hirevue, an online assessment centre, and an in-person assessment centre. The online assessment centre had a partner welcome, 2 group tasks (with 2-3 others), and an individual 15 minute task. Online AC was about 3 hours. The in-person AC had 2 group tasks (with 2-3 others), an individual interview, and the rest of it was speaking to grads on RSM schemes. This was also about 3 hours. The process was very time-consuming. Also, their in-person assessment centres are regionally based, so dependent on where you’ve applied you might have to travel to a different city. They do provide expensing for the in-person AC for travel, but not accommodation which could be an issue as their ACs start in the morning. I think the in-person AC is only for consulting, not tax or audit.

3 questions in the virtual interview questions, were fairly average in terms of difficulty. One question is that they ask you about technology. The best way is to practice and embed the company's values in your answers to stand out
