Attended ALPFA conference to speak 1 on 1 with recruiter. Then about 3 rounds of interviews concluding with 1 manager interview. Interviews are straight forward with mostly behavioral questions. Come prepped with anecdotes and understanding of service line you're entering (at a basic level)
Professional, good and friendly bosses, well structured. Environment looks pretty good as well. In a good location. Look forward to working in the company and with different colleagues from different countries.

Tell me about yourself and your past work experience
The interview process was very simple and completely behavioral. You’ll have an initial phone screening with a recruiter and then two 30 minute interviews with a manager and director or partner.
