I was referred by a an employee. And the first round was a technical round where they asked basic questions about networks. And after that one software specialist interviewed me and asked some basic questions. And I got selected. After 2 rounds they called me for a final interview the next day. Made me wait for more than 2 hours and finally the IT manager interviewed me and asked a lot of questions, a lot. He asked about hardware, networks, operating systems, linux. I was able to answer most of the questions. And finally he asked me to write a sample letter to test the knowledge in email writing skills. And I got selected. I was shocked to hear the terms and conditions. The conditions were to sign a 3 year bond + 6 months of training. And a continuous night shift for the whole 3.5 years. And the salary which they offered was 7500 rs. And I decided to pass on the offer.
