First I talked over the phone with human resources then I had an interview in person with the head of production. He was very friendly asked typical interview questions. I was also given a couple simple test. Math and a basic common sense quastionar. After that I was offered the job but told I had to get hired at Masterson staffing first. So I had to get hired through them for a couple months to make sure they wanted to keep me. There was no physical or drug test.
