Very smooth, HR contacted and had a phone interview. Second round was a short video call with the manager and then short video call with the director. Overall took 2 months from the first email to start date.
It depends on what level you interview for, however you often will be asked to tell about yourself, share your strengths & weaknesses, & share what you would do or have done in a scenation.
