I applied online. The application form was simple. I was then contacted to come in for a math test, where you get on a computer and prove that you can quickly do the math to hand back change. After passing the test, I was called to come in for an interview with someone from corporate. He was very friendly and asked basic behavioral interview questions.

Quick and easy interview process overall. The questions themselves weren’t very difficult and were mostly straightforward. The math portion can feel a bit tricky at first, but with a little practice it becomes much easier over time. If you prepare ahead and stay calm, the whole process is pretty manageable.

Just asked about prior part time experience in customer facing roles. They apparently count how many times you smile so keep that in mind. Another big thing they worry about is if you have reliable transportation.
