I called and had my interview the following day. They said they'd call me after 2 busisness weeks and they actually ended up calling me the next day. After I got hired I had to attend my orientation. And after orientation you have to go through and pass a 5 day training process.

Quick and easy interview process overall. The questions themselves weren’t very difficult and were mostly straightforward. The math portion can feel a bit tricky at first, but with a little practice it becomes much easier over time. If you prepare ahead and stay calm, the whole process is pretty manageable.

Just asked about prior part time experience in customer facing roles. They apparently count how many times you smile so keep that in mind. Another big thing they worry about is if you have reliable transportation.
