It was a structured interview, meaning that they ask the same questions to every candidate. Very short so don't be surprised if it was only lasts 20 minutes. It is a one on one interview, and the interviewer was professional and made me feel comfortable. Honestly, one of the best interviews I ever had.

Quick and easy interview process overall. The questions themselves weren’t very difficult and were mostly straightforward. The math portion can feel a bit tricky at first, but with a little practice it becomes much easier over time. If you prepare ahead and stay calm, the whole process is pretty manageable.

Just asked about prior part time experience in customer facing roles. They apparently count how many times you smile so keep that in mind. Another big thing they worry about is if you have reliable transportation.
