Pretty straightforward (or so it seemed) in that the first interview is just a get to know you phone call, 2nd interview is with the manager of the dept. I was told that they would notify about next steps by no later than a certain date, but no one ever contacted me again. It's like provide respect by telling me you will not be moving forward with me.
